2. Estimate Accuracy & Limitations

While we take reasonable care to prepare accurate and detailed estimates using industry-standard tools, pricing data, and quality review processes, all estimates are provided as professional opinions based on available information at the time of preparation. Estimates are not guarantees of final project cost, and actual costs may vary due to market fluctuations, incomplete or inaccurate plans, scope changes, or other factors outside our control.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and legible drawings, specifications, and project information. We are not liable for errors or omissions in an estimate that result from incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate information supplied by the client.

4. Fees & Payment

Pricing for our services is outlined on our Pricing page or provided directly in a project quote. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the completed estimate
• Late payments may result in delayed delivery of future work or service suspension

All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing.

5. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith based on project scope and current workload. While we aim to meet all quoted turnaround times, delays may occur due to incomplete project information, high volume, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any expected delays as soon as we're aware of them.

6. Intellectual Property

All estimates, takeoffs, templates, and materials we create remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Once paid in full, clients receive a license to use the delivered materials for their intended business purpose. Our internal tools, templates, software configurations, and proprietary cost databases remain our exclusive property at all times.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client project information, drawings, and specifications as confidential and will not share them with unrelated third parties without consent, except as necessary to complete the requested work or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Build AI Estimating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our estimates or services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost bids, or project delays. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific estimate or service in question.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at our discretion, including in cases of non-payment, misuse of our services, or violation of these Terms. Clients may also terminate an active project by providing written notice, though fees for work already completed remain due.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of US, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located in US.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
